The Artifact Column & View Permissions allows you to view the information in the fields that are listed at the column level.

The permissions can be set for users and groups of users and are effective both in list views and the registration forms and editing SharePoint alerts and exports to Excel or Access.

In the properties of each list in the Permissions and Management column a new option called permissions per column where you can appear configure the columns that you want to set permissions at the column level.

After check the option to enable permissions column in the list, can easily add columns of the list, indicating whether you want to hide the column that is read-only or full control for each user or group determiniados.
