The Artifact Document Link Field To lets you create a link to a document or image located in a different library.

It is often used when you need to reference a document that abut another library to allow downloading or viewing intuitively.

This allows the user to navigate to a link object intuitively without having to insert a text or hyperlink.

Instructions

The Artifact Document Link Field To lets you create a link to a document or image located in a different library.

You have the ability to filter by a specific library or folder within it.

Displays in tree format documents found in the library to select the document or image without having to type the URL.

Has the following settings:

• Filter by Library documents or images
• Filter by folder within a given library
