The Artifact Documents RollUp WebPart shows the most recent documents in each document library in the SharePoint site collection and therefore gives much better visibility to new documents published.

The Artifact Documents RollUp WebPart shows the most recent documents in each document library in the SharePoint site collection and therefore gives much better visibility to new documents published.

Has the following settings:

• Two types of display, standard or extended
• Multiple Data Sources
• Number of minutes to refresh the items
• Number of items to display
• Filter Sub Sites
• Filters results, my recent documents, the last modified documents ...
• Categories
• Display Order

In the next picture we can see an example of how this would be viewing artifact. Icon document type, document name, the user who created the document, last modified, and the location of the document appears.
